2mm – 10mm lead plate is the main specification of our company's thin radiation resistant lead plate series, which is made of high-purity 1 # electrolytic lead (Pb ≥ 99.994%) through precision rolling process. This thickness range combines excellent radiation shielding performance with convenient installation and construction, and is widely used in fields such as medical radiation protection, industrial flaw detection, chemical anti-corrosion, and special weighting. It is the most cost-effective shielding solution in low to medium energy X-ray scenarios.

Does the thickness error have a significant impact on the protective effect?
A: The impact is significant. According to ICRP standards, when the thickness error exceeds ± 0.1mm, the X-ray shielding rate can be reduced by 5% -8%. Therefore, the anti radiation lead plate requires extremely high processing accuracy.
Can lead plates be directly attached to the wall?
A: 1-5mm thin plate: can be fixed on light steel keel or cement wall with special lead plate adhesive or expansion screws+pressure strips
6-10mm and above: Steel structure support frame (such as 50 × 50mm galvanized square tube) should be used, and direct suspension is strictly prohibited
