Core Features of Lead Glasses Products
Strong protective ability: using lead containing glass or resin lenses can effectively attenuate radiation energy and significantly reduce the radiation dose to the eyes.
Side protection design: Many styles come with side wings or sealed mirror designs, which can block scattered rays from the side and eliminate blind spots for protection.
High transmittance: High quality lead glasses can maintain high transmittance while ensuring thick protection, ensuring clear vision.
Diverse styles: There are both flat and customized models that can be worn directly, as well as lenses that can be worn over myopia glasses to meet different visual needs.

Product Features
Core parameters: Provides lead equivalent specifications such as 0.5mmPb and 0.75mmPb, as well as side protection design.
Features: High adhesion, good transparency, and effective protection against scattered rays around and on the side of the eyes.
Suitable for: Medical staff who need to perform radiation operations in hospital radiology departments or intervention rooms.

Lead Glasses FAQ
What should I do if I have myopia?
Three options:
1. Customized nearsighted lead glasses (by incorporating the prescription into the lead lens, which is the most stable, but has a long delivery time and is expensive)
2. Fitover (placed over one's own myopia lens, cheap but heavy, and easy to leave side seams)
3. Comes with myopia glasses and comes with a side face shield/lead screen (some departments may use it in combination)
How should lead glasses be cleaned?
Use warm water+neutral detergent/special mirror cloth, and a soft cloth to gently wipe in a straight line. Prohibit alcohol, acetone, ammonia water, and chlorine containing disinfectants as they may damage the lead glass coating and TR frame; Non ultrasonic/high-pressure sterilization

What problems have our company's lead glasses helped customers solve
| Pain point | Real customer feedback | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Too heavy, deep nose bridge indentation | After wearing it for a long time, my nose bridge turned red and there were marks on it | Configure silicone adjustable nose pads to disperse pressure; Control the weight of the entire mirror within 80g |
| Clamp head/loose, rotating head will shift | My glasses slide down when I lower my head, I have to keep pushing them | Mirror legs with elastic memory material, adaptive head width; Provide adjustable temple length or elastic strap options; Covered frame reduces center of gravity forward tilt |
| Wearing it for a long time makes it stuffy and foggy | Wearing a mask during the intervention surgery, the exhaled breath completely covers the lens | Apply anti fog coating to the lenses; Design with breathable seams above the frame; It is recommended to use anti fog mirror cloth/spray as accessory bag |

| I am nearsighted and cannot wear lead glasses戴 | I'm at 500 degrees, I can't see clearly with lead glasses, and I'm afraid of radiation without them | Provide three options: ① Customized nearsighted lead lenses (supporting up to 500 degrees); ② Fitover, directly placed outside of one's own myopia lens; ③ Same frame customization with myopia lenses (embedding lead layer into the interlayer of myopia lenses) |
| Presbyopia, unable to see parameters clearly up close | Presbyopia, you have to take off your glasses and get closer to see the machine parameters | Provide customized services for progressive multifocal lead lenses; Or launch a dual light model with "near use area+far use area" |
| There is a significant difference in refractive power between the two eyes (anisometropia) | "The difference between left and right is 200 degrees, and customized lenses are expensive and thick | Support customization of independent degrees for left and right eyes, using high refractive index lead resin material for thinning |

| After disinfection, the lens fogged/peeled off | The department used alcohol to wipe the lenses, and within a few times, the lenses were worn out | The packaging comes with a cleaning instruction card that clearly prohibits alcohol/chlorine containing disinfectants; Provide specialized neutral cleaning wipes as consumables package; Hardening coating treatment on the surface of the lens |
| Shared use by multiple people poses a hygiene hazard | Using the same pair for shifts, sweat stains and grease are very dirty | Recommended departments are equipped according to the number of personnel, and the unit price can be controlled after cost sharing; Provide replaceable nose pads/mirror leg kits for easy disassembly and cleaning; Introduce different color frames to differentiate individuals |
